"We've stayed at several log cabins and this one, by far, was the best. The beds were extremely comfy and the scenery couldn't have been better. The kids didn't even fight over who had what room or bed because everything was so nice. They did, however, fight over the cinnamon rolls! "This was a birthday present from my best friend...The cabin is what I would picture my dream home to be like. The country touches, the welcome note and package, the candles...., full kitchen - everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. "This is the first time that the lodging surpassed the pictures of it on the Internet. We have been to many destinations - many cabins. This one surpasses the rest because of the setting and coziness. This is our 10th trip to the Hocking Hills - 4 cabin visits & 6 "inn" visits - the Sweet Heart Cabin is our favorite. "As we got to our cabin, I thought how beautiful it is. Then we opened the door and tears just rolled down my face. We felt your families love had touched this cabin. I loved the music and perfect lighting between the candles in the windows and the string of leaves and lights. We were just welcomed and there was a personal touch that was so relaxing. "We had a wonderful time! It was such a nice "last hoorah" before our baby arrives next month. It was calm, serene, and comfortable (and that's saying a lot considering I'm 8 months pregnant). The cabin is aptly named with all the heart details in the decorations. I was so impressed with the music playing & candles lit when we came in. "Thank you so much!! This was a wonderful and beautiful place to spend our 10th wedding anniversary. We loved the fact that we were out here without any contact to the outside world. Everything in the cabin set the mood for our anniversary. The pictures on the wall...candles, hot tub, even the heart shaped knobs on the kitchen drawers. It was so nice to walk in and have music playing, candles lit and the hot tub ready. You have thought of everything. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning.
