Open since 2005, Ash Ridge Cabins is located on 18 beautiful acres, largely wooded, in western Hocking County, near the town of Laurelville. The views are breathtaking in practically every direction. The changing of the leaves in fall, the white of winter snow, and the vibrant greens of spring and summer will all help you forget the concrete jungle for a few days and just relax in the peace and quiet of the country. The quiet, serene privacy of the woods on our ridge will help to renew your spirit, and perhaps to bring you closer to those with whom you share your time here.

Meet Ron & Theresa

Owners Ron & Theresa Nelson and family have always been log cabin lovers. They’ve always felt that there is just something “natural” about a log cabin. They’ve stayed in log cabins a number of times over the years and feel they know just the right ingredients required for a special log cabin stay experience. They think you’ll agree.

The cabins have been furnished very attractively and warmly. Ron & Theresa Nelson know you’ll feel right at home the moment you step in the door. The cabins are designed and furnished in such a way that would make them want to stay there, and they believe you’ll agree that these cabins have just the right touches for a romantic time away together.
